Early reviews on the Instapot are that it is definitely worth the money.
So far, I've made:
--Just plain chicken for my meal plan - tender chicken ready in 15 minutes (and this was from frozen).
--Buffalo wings for Mark & Ry - they were good, not amazing. Ready in about 15 minutes, but I crisped them in the oven after.
--Pot roast with potatoes and carrots. 40 minutes, and it was frozen. It was good - next time I will use different seasoning.
--Best yet...chicken and tomato sauce for my lunch meal plan today. It was excellent. I took frozen chicken, browned it in the instapot for about 5 minutes, and then cooked it for 15. I had totally tender and flavorful chicken.
Biggest thing for me is that I can make meats that are tender in a really short amount of time, it is electric, so it takes out a lot of the guessing of a regular pressure cooker, and I can prep it and leave it for Mark to start. I can come home from a night training, and have dinner ready in 20 minutes. That is a 100% yes for me. DorrisWedding suitable items to wear for the mother of the groom
