how to get suitable items for wedding if the brides is busty

A WELL-BALANCED MEAL:

The bottom picture is what our meals are supposed to consist of to help us eat that healthy balanced meal according to the new food pyramid.

You should have---1/4 of your 9 inch plate filled with a half cup starch of some sort & this includes starchy vegetables, such as:
medium baked potato
1/2 c mashed potatoes
small piece of cornbread-1/2 worth
corn
peas .....and so on

Another 1/4 of your plate should consist of 2-4 ounce (preferably lean) meat, such as:
fish
poultry
pork chop. (refer to the pic of Rob's hand)
...and etc
You could also substitute for those ounces in the form of block cheese...sparingly due to some having high fat.

Half of your plate should be vegetables, leafy vegetables in the form of salad, cooked, etc. Try using the serving size of your favorite dressing on your salad...or try NOT putting it on. You'll taste the food.

You need 1/2 to 1 cup of fruit. Always choose fresh as it is better for you. Stay away from fruit juices....you can make your own, but add only a little Stevia, if you prefer. They're loaded with sugars. Juice isn't filling like food is.

You need 8 oz of dairy in the form of either milk, yogurt, etc. If you're used to drinking a certain kind of milk, like Vitamin D, then the next time buy the next one down and keep buying that until you've gotten used to it, then buy the next one down until you reach your limit. For instance: I cannot drink skim, but my limit is 1%.

POINTS TO REMEMBER:

Fresh is the best
Frozen is next
Canned...blah...rinse ANY & ALL canned

Learn to cook with less fats and learn to use spices. If you work with your tastes, you'll find you need less & less salt, etc.

Don't go cold turkey on things. Work yourself down to your goal. Your body literally depends on what your feeding/fueling it. If you go cold turkey, it shocks it.

This is NOT a diet!!! That is a baaaaad four letter word. You're learning to fuel your body what it needs in order to feel more energized, you'll think better, function better. Once your body gets used to this, you'll lose weight and it will no longer crave the bad stuff...you won't WANT it.

Start off eating your non-starchy vegetables first. THAT'S what your body is actually craving. You are going to retrain your thinking & your body.

Your goal is to get and stay healthy. Thus the title of this group, but an added bonus is that you will lose weight. Keep it OUT of your mind to lose weight. That's NOT the focus of this group. Getting healthy is.... By eating correctly you will lose weight.

Help yourself by exercising... this includes walking, but ALWAYS make sure with your doctor's approval. Don't overdo it. I'll be posting about that soon, as well as other helpful things.

This is NOT an overnight fix, especially if your body & mind is used to something else. Give yourself time & be patient. HAVE A MADE UP DETERMINED MIND NO MATTER WHAT!!!!

If you're an eater, save your fruit and milk to have as a snack in between meals. You can also use fresh fruit and plain yogurt. Remember that flavored yogurt is loaded with all that other sugar, etc. OR eat leafy vegetables... It's a free food. That way, you'll not eat extra than what your body requires, which will cause weight gain, bloat, etc. Don't want that!!! how to get suitable items for wedding if the brides is busty
